　　天津瑞升昌股份有限公司是瑞升昌集团布局北方市场、于2022年正式投产的第二大铝板生产基地。厂区配备辊底式淬火炉等专业生产设备，组建了经验扎实的技术团队。生产所用铝坯料均源自长期战略合作的上游铝材合作厂商，从原材料源头把控产品品质。基地可常态化生产2系、5系、6系、7系多规格铝板材料，产品外观规整，加工稳定性良好，加工形变可控，整体品质表现稳定。南北两大生产基地错位布局、协同联动，能够更好地适配海内外客户的采购与交付需求，提供高效便捷的配套服务。

　　In 2018, the self-developed high-precision brushed aluminum plates of Ruishengchang achieved scale production at the Jiangsu manufacturing base. This milestone marked the company’s strategic upgrade from focusing on aluminum cutting, processing and trading services to an integrated operation mode covering independent production, intensive processing and market trading.

　　Put into operation in 2022, Tianjin Ruishengchang Co., Ltd. serves as the group’s second major aluminum plate manufacturing base in northern China. The factory is equipped with professional roller-hearth quenching furnaces and supported by a skilled technical team. All aluminum slabs are supplied by long-term strategic upstream partners, which helps stabilize product quality at the source. The base is capable of producing various specifications of 2, 5, 6 and 7 series aluminum plates, featuring neat appearance, stable processing performance and controllable deformation. With coordinated layout of the southern Jiangsu base and the northern Tianjin base, the company can deliver more responsive and convenient services for customers at home and abroad.
